TopWealth Trading is a company incorporated in the Republic of Vanuatu and is authorised and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC) under licence number 8031. Our principal office is located in Melbourne, Australia, and we provide our services to clients globally, subject to applicable jurisdictional restrictions.

TopWealth Trading is a specialist provider of Contract for Difference (CFD) trading services, offering access to a wide range of global financial markets through our online trading platform.

Services We Provide

TopWealth Trading provides execution-only CFD trading services. This means we execute trades on your behalf based on your instructions, without providing personal financial advice or investment recommendations. Our services include:

Access to CFD trading on forex currency pairs, precious metals, commodities, equity indices, individual shares, energies, and cryptocurrencies. All trading is conducted through the MetaTrader 4 (MT4) platform, available on desktop, web, and mobile devices.

We provide market information, trading tools, technical analysis resources, and educational materials to assist you in making your own trading decisions. However, any market commentary, analysis, or information provided by us is general in nature and does not constitute personal financial advice.

How We Are Remunerated

TopWealth Trading is remunerated primarily through the spreads charged on CFD trades. The spread is the difference between the bid and ask price of an instrument. We may also charge commissions on certain account types, overnight swap fees for positions held past the daily rollover time, and inactivity fees for dormant accounts.

We do not charge advisory fees, management fees, or performance fees, as we do not provide financial advice or portfolio management services. Our employees are remunerated through salary and may receive performance-based bonuses, but their remuneration is not directly linked to the volume or frequency of your trading.

Associations and Relationships

TopWealth Trading may engage third-party service providers for technology, payment processing, liquidity provision, and other operational functions. These relationships are managed to ensure that your interests are protected and that any potential conflicts of interest are identified and managed appropriately.

TopWealth Trading receives its pricing and liquidity from a network of institutional liquidity providers. We act as the counterparty to all client trades and manage our market risk through hedging arrangements with these providers.

Conflicts of Interest

As the counterparty to your CFD trades, TopWealth Trading may have interests that conflict with yours. For example, when you open a trade, we take the opposite side of that trade. We manage this conflict through our risk management and hedging policies, which are designed to ensure that our interests are aligned with providing fair and transparent pricing to our clients.

How to Make a Complaint

If you have a complaint about our services, we encourage you to contact us first so that we can attempt to resolve the matter directly. You can submit a complaint by emailing support@topwealthtrading.com or by writing to our registered office address.

Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within five business days and aim to resolve the matter within 30 business days. If we are unable to resolve your complaint within this timeframe, we will inform you of the reasons for the delay and provide an estimated resolution date.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). The VFSC can be contacted at: Vanuatu Financial Services Commission, P.O. Box 1022, Port Vila, Vanuatu.
