通过 App 加入专属客户聊天室
TopWealth Trading App 支持客户通过二维码或邀请链接加入聊天室。聊天室功能目前需要通过手机 App 打开,不支持网页版直接进入。
已完成 KYC 且已入金的代理账号,可拥有创建聊天室的权限。客户可通过代理提供的二维码或链接加入对应聊天室。

下载 TopWealth 手机 App
用户需要先在手机上安装 TopWealth Trading App。

点击加入按钮或扫描二维码
用户点击邀请链接或扫描二维码后,将尝试通过 App Link 打开 TopWealth Trading App。

进入 App 并完成聊天室设置
如果手机已安装 App,系统将打开 App,并引导用户进入对应 Chatroom 设置流程。

开始与客户支持团队沟通
用户进入聊天室后,可与客户支持团队进行沟通,提交问题或获取服务支持。
重要提示
如果用户手机未安装 App,邀请链接将无法直接打开聊天室。用户需要先下载 App,再通过二维码或链接加入。
